Kineton
Manor provides care, comfort and companionship whilst
leaving residents free to enjoy the excellent accommodation
and wide range of facilities provided.
Nursing care is provided by our dedicated and highly-trained
staff. Registered General Nurses are on duty 24
hours a day and the local GP makes regular visits.
Residents may, of course, choose their own medical
advisers should they wish. Convalescent and post-operative
care stays are welcomed, as are short-term stays
for holidays or respite for caring relatives. We
offer a limited number of rooms for couples.
For residents who enjoy company, the attractive
main lounge has a piano and television, as well
as a fine view over the garden and surrounding countryside.
A library, recreation room and a smaller lounge
provide opportunity for quieter relaxation, and
there is an occupational therapy room and hairdressing
salon.
The rooms are beautifully furnished and co-ordinated,
many with French windows or window seats, all
with en-suite facilities, nurse-call system, remote
control TV, telephone (if desired) and smoke alarms.
To help them feel completely at home, residents
are welcome to bring personal possessions or perhaps
a few pieces of furniture.
Breakfast, luncheon and dinner are waitress-served
in a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Morning coffee
and afternoon tea are a special feature of the
day and can be enjoyed in the dining room, on
the patio, or in the privacy of the resident's
own room.
Kineton village has churches of several denominations,
a library service, a Post Office, several public
houses and a variety of shops.
At Kineton Manor, we aim to provide the highest
standard of care whilst giving priority to the
individuality of the residents, always ensuring
that they receive the warmth - and the respect
- that they deserve.
With flexibility the keynote at Kineton Manor,
the times rising, sleeping and meals are entirely
at the wish of the resident. On fine days residents
can enjoy sitting out on the south-facing patio.
Friends and relatives are, of course, most welcome
at all times: overnight visits are easily arranged,
preferably with prior notice.
Kineton Manor has a lift, a full laundry service
as well as hairdressing, physiotherapy and chiropody
facilities. We frequently organise outings for
our residents and our staff.
